We deliver to most locations across India. Delivery options and charges may vary based on your location, product availability, and other factors. Please check your PIN code at checkout to confirm if delivery is available in your area.
- Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on orders valued above ₹499. Shipping charges shall apply to orders valued lower than ₹499 and are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Express Delivery: Express delivery options may be available in select locations at an additional charge. Charges for express delivery will be displayed at checkout.
- Handling Fees: For certain products or locations, an additional handling fee may apply. All fees will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed and shipment is confirmed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timelines mentioned below:
- Standard Delivery: Typically, 3-7 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.
- Express Delivery: Typically, 1-3 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on product availability, shipping location, and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to “My Orders” or by using the tracking link provided in the notification.
- Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable to receive the order on all attempts, the item may be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be initiated as per our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy.
- Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet the delivery timelines, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as, without limitation:
- Unforeseen weather conditions
- Government restrictions or holidays
- High order volumes during sales or festive periods
- Remote or rural location of delivery
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS, and you may also check your order status in “My Orders.”
- Delivery Address Modifications
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. You may be able to modify your delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team at info@estorestrading.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after the order is shipped.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a return as per our policy. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
